Abdominal (or diaphragmatic) breathing of the diaphragm is a dome-shaped of muscle, which separates our the chest and abdominal. When we the breathe in the diaphragm tightens, flattens and the moves down,sucking of air into the lungs. As the diaphragm moves

to down, it pushes the abdominal contents of down, which forces the abdominal of the wall out. When we are breathe out the diaphragm relaxes,the air passes out of the lungs and abdominal wall of flattens. This type of breathing has two the important effects on the body.

There are two main types of breathing

  1. chest breathing
  2. abdominal (or diaphragmatic) breathing.

It is a large and dome-shaped muscle located at the base of the lungs. the abdominal muscles help to move the diaphragm and give you more the power to empty your lungs. But the chronic obstructive of pulmonary disease (C O PD) may prevent to the diaphragm from working effectively.the hearing loss and hearing aid to the important factor to abdominal breathing

  • Strengthen the diaphragm
  • Decrease the work of the breathing by the slowing your breathing rate
  • Decrease oxygen demand
  • Use less effort and energy to breathe
